We cannot give enough praise to Abi and the amazing facilities at the Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel. Everything about our experience has been first class, Abi bent over backwards to accommodate our requirements and cared for our precious British Blue, Toby, like he was her own (we wondered if he wanted to come home!!). My two beloved Birman cats have just spent 16 nights over Christmas and New Year at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel. A beautiful, tranquil place with lovely space and interesting surroundings for my cats. The care and attention that they have received has been exceptional. They have been well fed, groomed, and even given a Christmas stocking filled with toys. I was regularly updated on their well-being and was able to completely relax about them whilst I was away. My cats have returned happy, settled and looking immaculate. I have booked again for next Christmas and would not hesitate to recommend Longcroft to anybody who wants the best for their cat/s. - Andrea Northwood

From the time of meeting Abi to view the excellent 5* accommodation and facilities at Longcroft, we knew that Mitzi would be very happy and well cared for. We were able to go on holiday safe in the knowledge that Mitzi would be safe and well looked after. Abi was also very flexible on pick up as our flight was an early arrival and we live near Cambridge and we didn't want to go home and have to come back out to pick Mitzi up, Abi accommodated this for us. We really can't recommend Longcroft highly enough, its worth every penny if you love your cat as much as we love Mitzi, Longcroft is the only place for you. We looked at so many catteries when we had booked our holiday, but when we visited Longcroft we found everything we had been looking for. It was Tipsy's first visit to a cattery and she settled in with no problems at all. She's a very nervous cat but Abi gave her all the attention and care she needed. Fantastic facilities and a really personal service. It really put our minds at rest whilst we enjoyed our holiday. I know Tipsy is looking forward to her next hotel break! - Sarah Sutterby ~ Ware
