    After 18 years of working for a law firm in The City Ali decided to leave the rat race behind her and embark on a career that she truly enjoyed and one that embraced her love of animals.

    'After struggling to find somewhere to leave my own cat, Rosie, I discovered Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel and have not looked back! I remember being blown away by the beautiful suites, the attention to detail and the one on one care that Rosie would receive and I was instantly put at ease. From that first visit I knew I had to open my own hotel and am delighted to be offering the same 5 star service and standards at Longcroft Cole Green.

    I am a cat lover and am passionate about animal welfare. I am looking forward to offering a highly bespoke experience to every customer and their beloved cats and really getting to know what makes them happy and relaxed so they can enjoy their holiday as much as their owners enjoy theirs! I can devote all of my time to ensuring my guests have a fantastic stay and look forward to welcoming you and your feline friends to Longcroft Cole Green.'

    'The care and service provided was outstanding - Aly really does a good job. The suites are spacious. light and airy and there are plenty of things to keep the cats entertained. Proof was that we struggled to get ours out of the suite when we came to pick her up! Would highly recommend.'

    Calm, organised and reassuring

    Our cat Hannah hadn't stayed away from home before, and we were in some turmoil because of building works. Emma was superb - calm, organised and reassuring. Hannah stayed with her twice, and was very happy in her wonderful suite. The photos were great as well. The whole experience was a great relief and about the only aspect of our project which was delivered on time and was better than expectations! I would like to give Longcroft Winchmore Hill the highest recommendation possible.

    My kitten Crumble recently stayed at the Longcroft in Cole Green for his first holiday away from home. I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. Ali was amazing - she took such great care of crumble and kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures of him looking so relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend them higher!

    A wonderful stay with Ali at Longcroft for our beloved cat Jess. We looked at lots of different places for her to stay and once we found Longcroft the decision was made. The suite was light and airy with lots of room for Jess to play in, in fact she loved the cat tree so much we have bought her the same one to play on. Regular updates and pictures gave us peace of mind to enjoy our holiday knowing Jess was being spoilt rotten. Thanks again Ali, we know where Jess will be staying next time we go away!

    The first time of leaving our 2 cats I couldn’t have picked a better place for them to stay! Ali is wonderful. She did all she could to make them feel comfortable and at home and kept in touch with us throughout their stay with lots of great photos so we knew how well they were. We are so pleased to have found this place. Gave us so much peace of mind so we could relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying about our cats. The goodie bag was a lovely touch when we went to pick them up. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you so much Ali!

    Absolutely outstanding! Ali at Longcroft Cole Green WGC looked after our cat for 2 weeks and spoilt her rotten, knowing our cat was being cared for and looked after so well made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Thank you so much, will definitely be booking again

    I wouldn't trust anyone else with our Bunny. It's defiantly a 5 star hotel for cats. So I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

    Ali is such a welcoming, friendly person that you can't help but feel you can trust her from the very first meeting. When we go away we want the reassurance of knowing our cat Jack is looked after to the same standard as we do. We have found the Longcroft brand to always deliver excellence, and Cole Green is no exception. Jack returned home happy, healthy, and straight back to his routine. Thank you Ali.

    We cannot recommend Ali and Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Cole Green enough. We were very nervous about leaving our lovely cat Lucy for the first time as she is very timid and hides from other people so we were unsure how she would settle. It very quickly became apparent from the regular photos and updates that Ali sent that we had no reason to worry though as they had become good friends.We loved that we were asked to provide a profile of Lucy’s personality and that Ali took the time to find out exactly what Lucy’s feeding regime was and even provided the exact food that Lucy likes to eat.Ali really does take the time to bond with your cat and the Suites are definitely 5* Luxury.We are so pleased we found you Ali and we will definitely book with you again.Thank you x

    I've only had my gorgeous, trusting, very cute kitten since December and was so concerned that at 21 weeks, his 'holiday' should be as comfortable as possible. I can't thank Ali enough for the care she took of him and for how well she kept me up to date with news and photos - I love too that she's looking forward to his next visit! If Cosmo could talk, I'm sure he'd thank her too.

    We left our cat for 3 nights and when we went to pick her up she looked happy and settled! Ali really looked after her well and she came back very well groomed. You can tell she really loves cats. She even provides the food your cat eats unlike other cattery's who just give you their own! I wouldn't hesitate to book her in again and you can rest assured your cat will be looked after. This is a real Luxury 5 Star Hotel in the cat world. Thanks again.
