Welcome to Longcroft Liphook!

Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Liphook, run by cat lovers Lorraine Filler and Adrian Pearce is nestled within the South Downs National Park in the picturesque garden of their beautiful family home.  Liphook lies within the East Hampshire West Sussex border, close to Guildford, Petersfield, Hindhead and Haslemere with plenty of wildlife to keep the feline guests entertained!  Our 6 beautifully appointed hotel style suites are private, climate controlled, spacious and warm. Each suite leads through to an individual and secure play area complete with a multi-level cat tree allowing our feline guests the perfect opportunity to relax, play and peek at the wildlife in our beautiful garden.

Lorraine and Adrian offer expert care and attention with plenty of play sessions, grooming and cuddles, paired with state-of-the-art building materials, to ensure that your cat has as good a holiday as you!

A five star feline and human chauffeur service is available on request.

    A wonderful experience!

    A wonderful experience! We felt very nervous about leaving our cats for the first time but need not have worried. The hotel is spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean. Our cats had their own heated bedroom area complete with plush bed and a lovely outdoor / play area. They settled in really quickly and Lorraine had their favourite treats ready for their arrival. The regular updates and photographs really put our minds at rest and I think they would have happily stayed longer had we not returned to pick them up to take them home. They settled back in like they had never been away. Thank you - we have rebooked already and are so glad to have found you.

    Lorraine and Adrian took excellent care of our two cats, and they came home wonderfully relaxed from their stay at Longcroft. We received regular email updates and photos during their week's stay, which was much appreciated.     Dylan absolutely loves his time here with Lorraine and Emily. They send beautiful photos so that you can keep updated on how your cat is doing whilst you are away. Whenever I go to collect him he looks disappointed to be going home but I know that's because he has been so happy on his own holiday which is what you want when you are away.

    I love these people! I was a nervous cat person about leaving Lulu with longcroft but she's so well looked after and played with, and every day we receive photos to reassure us that she's doing well. Longcroft was designed for people like me!

    Had a great experience at the cattery! I was super nervous leaving my baby for the first time at the cattery but got lovely photos and updates during my cat’s stay which made me happy and relaxed during my holiday! My cat was very much looked after and I am very thankful to Lorraine and Emmy for taking such good care of my baby. Will definitely come back

    Lorraine definitely provides a 5* treatment for all her feline guests and their pets ;) Our boys were so well looked after and we were kept regularly informed of how they were doing that any concerns we had about leaving them melted away. The service is definitely a home-away-from-home and continues afterwards with going home care packages! I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

    Longcroft Cat Hotel is exceptional! I left my 2 cats there for 2 weeks, and they loved it! The owner is super caring and you can tell she loves cats. I love the fact that they send you pictures of your cat every 2 days, it was always the highlight of my day. My cats even got Christmas crackers on Christmas. I will be 100% dropping off my cats here again when I go on holiday. Would totally recommend!!

    In one word - Superb!In more words - I had my two monsters stay here for a week as I needed to do some travelling between Christmas and new year and couldn't take them with me. Check-in was a breeze with the clean, tidy and cosy warm suite all set up and ready for them upon our arrival. Set in a very secure and secluded area away from any main roads or noise.Lorraine and Adrian were great and clearly understood the anxieties of us humans leaving our fur babies in the care of someone else. I received detailed regular email updates on their wellbeing whilst I was away with photos of what they were up to.Check-out was as simple as check-in, with no fuss or stress.I would have no hesitation in booking them in here again the next time they need a hotel break and would recommend this wonderful hotel to any other cat servant who requires lodgings for their critters!

    Adrian and Lorraine were excellent from start to finish. Like most that use Longcroft Hotels, our British Shorthair Maya is ludicrously pampered, choosy and fussy (all my fault) as well as being shy and hating to be away from her home, so I was nervous about leaving her while we were moving house. But I need not have worried as she was looked after so well, exactly as I had asked and as if I were there in person. Both Lorraine and Adrian are lovely people and very skilled who are clearly doing this as a vocation and we will not hesitate to use them again if we get the chance. Like many Longcrofts they do get booked up and even up to a year ahead at certain times of year they said, so do try to book as early as is feasible.

    I cannot praise Lorraine and Adrian enough for the care they took of Laks while I was away for three weeks. Laks can be very anxious when I have to leave her but the kindness and attention they paid to her meant that she truly enjoyed her stay. She became connected to them in a way I've hardly seen before. Regular updates, including photos, made me feel incredibly reassured throughout my time away. Lorraine and Adrian are warm and genuine in their love for all the cats who stay there. I will be recommending them to everyone who owns a cat!

    We took Mystery to Lorraine and Adrian while we went on holiday. I was very nervous about leaving Mystery as she had been abandoned twice before. Lorraine and Adrian gave her the best of care and she was fine. I could see by the photos they sent that she looked calm, relaxed and not stressed at all. Once we got home Mystery settled back home very quickly and didn't seem bothered by her little trip. With hindsight my worries were unnecessary. I have no hesitation leaving Mystery with them again.

    My little baby Leela got looked after by Adrian and Lorraine in July, it’s a little late but wanted to thank them both so much for looking after her. She settled back at home very quickly. Lorraine and Adrian are so lovely too! I also love how happy they both are. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely take Leela back :) Sophie & Martin

    I was really apprehensive about leaving my cat with anyone, but having seen the reviews of the hotel and after a chat with Adrian, I was convinced and cancelled a cheaper reservation at another cattery.My cat was super happy and looked calm and relaxed when I came to pick her up, I found her happily perched on a cat tree and she hates them!Lorraine and Adrian love cats and they really did treat my cat as their own. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. I'd give more stars if I could.

    Bailey stayed at Long croft in Liphook and grumbled all the way home that he had to leave.He made lots of friends there and the suite he was given was really clean and suited to the cat of discerning taste. Adrian and Lorraine are absolutely lovely and I left Bailey knowing he was in good hands. The treatment Bailers got was fantastic.Lots of love and fusses. Even down to the goodie bag on departure. Needless to say His Lord and Master will not stay anywhere other than a Longcroft hotel.

    A perfect hotel for one’s beloved cats. Roary has stayed twice, the last time for eleven days, and both times received exceptional care. Lorraine and Adrian really get to know each cat as an individual and the regular updates and postcard helped to ensure I got to relax too! I highly recommend them.

    I left my kitty with Lorraine and Adrian for 4 nights and what can I say, what a beautifully maintained hotel they have in lovely surroundings, they were so welcoming from the initial phone call to me picking her up, she was really relaxed and content, I have used other "catterys" before and I have always come back to her being stressed but not this time! I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will most definately use them again :)

    We left our kittens for the first time with Lorraine and Adrian and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Our kittens were happy and chilled. We received regular updates which allowed us to enjoy our time away without worrying. When we collected them they were completely unstressed they even got little goodie bags to take home. I will definitely be using Longcroft next time we go away 😊

    We left our cats Bertie & Bubbles at Longcroft for a week with Lorraine and Adrian, they kept us updated about how they were doing and when they came back it was obvious that they had been well looked after, they came back very chilled out, we will definitely be sending Bertie & Bubbles back to see Lorraine & Adrian again when we are next away.

    How wonderful to find such caring and helpful people like Adrian and Lorraine. . My elderly 3 legged cat was looked after so well - each resident there is treated individually and it was such a joy to have daily updates. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will happily use their service again. Tabitha came home and settled immediately. Thank you

    Really lovely people, I felt really safe leaving my cat there. It was so nice receiving picture updates of her while I was away and when she came back it was clear that she had been really well looked after. I can't thank them enough, and couldn't recommend them enough.

    I was worried about leaving my cat Teddy for nearly 3 weeks so decided on somewhere that would give him the love and attention he deserves. Lorraine and Adrian treated him as one of their own and I’m so happy with their service. Teddy gets really ill in the car and they were so lovely and cleaned him up when we got there and gave him tlc. They even called when we got home to see if Teddy was ok from the return journey! We got regular updates which I really appreciated as I missed him so much, it was so lovely to see photos of him happy. They even got him to like being groomed! They treated him like family and I hope Teddy can stay with them again one day. Thank you so much Lorraine and Adrian!

    A really lovely experience - beautifully clean and luxurious and with nature right outside so cats can spend hours watching whats going on - both our cats were relaxed and happy on collection and looked lovey - highly recommend

    My beautiful little cat had an extended stay here over the summer, and Lorraine and Adrian would be my first choice in the future to care for her, hands-down! Communication was excellent, I received regular photographs of my cat looking relaxed, happy and well-groomed, and she returned to me with no "settling-in" issues whatsoever. She did seem to have enjoyed an extended holiday! Adrian and Lorraine were extremely considerate to my needs and schedule and I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide.

    Lorraine and Adrian were brilliant and really looked after our cat Munchkin. It was the first time I had left her so I have to admit I did cry when I left her but Lorraine and Adrian were great and assured me Munchkin would be fine. They sent regular updates of Munchkin playing and looking relaxed and happy. When we came to collect her she looked happy and was well groomed. When we first arrived I had mentioned that Munchkin liked to look out the window at the birds and when we returned I noticed that the cat tower had been moved to give her the best possible view of the birds - the little touches like that showed me that they really cared about keeping the cats happy. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to leave Munchkin in their care again when we next go away.

    From start to finish Lorraine and Adrian were fantastic. We had a number of specific requests, which they went above and beyond to accommodate prior to Fluff's arrival. During her stay we were sent regular updates with photographs, including when Fluff needed to go to the vet. Since returning home, Fluff has settled in very quickly and is her usual affectionate, cheery self. We could not be more satisfied with their care for Fluff - both Lorraine and Adrian have a real love for cats that shows in everything they do at Longcroft Liphook. Thank you!

    Lorraine and Adrian are such wonderful people and took exceptional care of our cats whilst we were on holiday. Our cats are only 1 year old so it was the first time we’d left them in someone else’s care. Naturally we were a little worried about leaving them but Lorraine and Adrian were really understanding and gave us regular updates and photos over email. It was obvious that they had spent a lot of time with the cats as they knew their personalities and temperament down to a T when we collected them. The Cat suites are exceptionally clean, modern, secure and kept to a good climate. Our cats are quite fussy so had specific diet requirements which Lorraine and Adrian followed carefully. They brushed them twice a day, kept them well entertained and cleaned out. We were even given a lovely little gift bag when we collected the cats. They exceeded our expectations and our cats already can’t wait for their next stay at Longcroft. Would highly recommend!

    Lorraine and Adrian were wonderful with our cat Oscar. He was extremely well looked after and groomed. Oscar loves his cuddles and he definitely felt at home during his stay at Liphook.

    Our cat stayed there two times already, and it is 4th Longcroft chain hotel we stayed. Fantastic place, with great Longcroft design and services. Lorraine and Adrian are great hosts. We wish them all the best and will stay there for sure in future.

    Our two ragdolls, Gracie and Mittens, had a wonderful stay at Longcroft with Lorraine and Adrian. We know from previous experience that they become stressed when with other cats, but at Longcroft they were calm, happy and relaxed - and came home perfectly groomed!We were able to enjoy our holiday without worrying that they were not being looked after properly or that they were unhappy.Thank you!

    I left my just turned a year boy Baxter with Lorraine and Adrian for five days and am so glad I did ! The care love and attention they gave him was second to none !! Such lovely people who genuinely care and love your cat like their own, I loved receiving regular updates on Baxters stay with photos included. He was truly spoilt with grooming and play sessions cuddles attention and fuss his ‘Suite’ was in a perfect spot and immaculate and clean. Baxter would of been happy to stay longer and was calm and relaxed when I went to collect him... he mewed all the way home calling for Lorraine and Adrian I guess !! I would highly recommend and Baxter is looking forward to another visit 😺

    Absolutely wonderful! Lorraine & Adrian are just amazing and looked after our Rafiki so well. She had lots of cuddles and play daily and it was so lovely to receive email updates with photos and a postcard too! Loved that she had good quality food - she loved her poached chicken treat - and the rooms are spacious too - this is not the average cattery. A realluxury retreat for your feline family member! We’ll be back - thank you so much!

    I cannot thank Lorraine and Adrian enough for looking after our cat. He was so happy and looked absolutely gorgeous when we collected him. It was great to get some pictures and a short email to say how he was whilst we were away. I have already booked him in for when we go away again. Totally recommend!
