Longcroft Four Marks is part of our award-winning family of boutique cat hotels, each individually owned and lovingly run by feline experts dedicated to personalised care. Animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do and every cat receives plenty of playtime and one on one attention. All cat owners receive regular updates and photos throughout their kitty’s stay, giving them complete peace of mind that their feline family members are safe, happy, and thoroughly pampered.

Each of our suites comes complete with a thermostatically controlled bedroom, a wrought-iron bed with soft bedding, and an adjoining private play area that brings the outdoors safely in. Every guest can enjoy fresh air and the sights and sounds of nature while remaining cosy, secure and enclosed. Each suite features a full-height cat tree with sunbathing platforms and privacy films between suites. Daily housekeeping with meticulous litter care ensures every suite remains clean, calm and beautifully maintained.

Throughout their stay we provide tailored enrichment, gentle grooming, care needs and mealtimes to meet each guest’s established routine. For owners who value exceptional standards or for felines with more specific needs, we offer our Luxury All Inclusive Package and Medical Care packages are available. We can provide chauffeur travel arrangements on request.

    Longcroft Four Marks is located in the pretty village of Four Marks, which sits on the border of the South Downs National Park, surrounded by beautiful, historic Hampshire countryside.     Meet The Family

    Longcroft Four Marks in run by April, who adores all things feline. Her boutique hotel is set in the lovely garden of her pretty rural home in the stunning Hampshire Countryside.

    “For many years I dreamt of opening my own cat hotel – I was inspired when I met Longcroft founder Abi Purser eight years ago, and fell in love with the concept of her first fabulous cat hotel. Every cat that stays is treated as a VIP - given the highest standard of care in gorgeous surroundings. I want my customers to leave feeling 100% confident that their feline family members are in the most capable of hands and that they will receive the five-star treatment they have been promised. I love spending my time catering to the every need of our special friends.”

    April shares her lovely home with her husband Sean. Together they have five grown up children and have always had lots of family pets. Before opening her own cat hotel, for many years April ran her own hard landscaping business, and then she ran the finance department for a Technology Company. She also owned a livery yard for many years. She has always wanted to work with animals, especially cats:

    “As a young girl I used to volunteer at my local vets and over the years I have looked after many cats – I would often arrive home with a cat that I had decided to rescue! I have a diploma in anatomy and physiology so I have a great understanding of how our feline friends’ bodies work. And I’m also a qualified Swedish masseuse – so I’m sure my massage skills will make my feline pampering sessions even better for my guests. I’m passionate about offering every cat that stays with me a comforting, home-from-home experience so that their owners can go away knowing that their cats are receiving the best care available.”

    April, owner of Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel (Four Marks), did a wonderful job of looking after my three cats. I was sent regular updates and photos, which gave me comfort knowing they were being well cared for. On my return to pick them up, I was met by three well-groomed and relaxed cats.

    This was our first visit to April & Longcroft, which at first sight was very impressive. The suite our cat Hollie was in was just excellent, and April’s attention to detail, plus all the other things photos/treats is a really nice touch. We shall return.

    Pawsitively amazing!

    From the moment we checked in, we were treated like royalty (finally, the humans are catching on). Our suite was spotless, cosy and full of lovely spots for napping, spying, and plotting world domination. April clearly adores cats as we got endless tickles, cuddles and attention … We purred our way through the whole holiday and never once felt stressed. Honestly, it was more relaxing than a sun-lounger in the Caribbean (not that we’d know, but we’ve seen the brochures). Special thanks to April for sending our humans regular updates and photos as apparently that stopped them worrying. We, on the other hand, were too busy living our best nine lives.

    Such safe hands

    First time using a cat hotel and I was massively nervous leaving my little girl for the first time but she had a wonderful time. April did an amazing job looking after her and I now feel comfortable to be able to go away in the future knowing she is in such safe hands.
