Longcroft Bursledon Hampshire, Surrey offers just six luxury suites, located in owner Sheryl’s pretty garden and providing round the clock supervision, security and consistency of care. The peaceful location is perfect for both indoor and outdoor guests – a calm retreat designed with comfort and feline happiness in mind.

You’ll have placed your cat in the very best hands. Longcroft Bursledon is part of our award-winning family of boutique cat hotels, each individually owned and lovingly run by feline experts dedicated to personalised care. Animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do and every cat receives plenty of playtime and one on one attention. All cat owners receive regular updates and photos throughout their kitty’s stay, giving them complete peace of mind that their feline family members are safe, happy, and thoroughly pampered.

Each of our suites comes complete with a thermostatically controlled bedroom, a wrought-iron bed with soft bedding, and an adjoining private play area that brings the outdoors safely in. Every guest can enjoy fresh air and the sights and sounds of nature while remaining cosy, secure and enclosed. Each suite features a full-height cat tree with sunbathing platforms and privacy films between suites. Daily housekeeping with meticulous litter care ensures every suite remains clean, calm and beautifully maintained.

Throughout their stay we provide tailored enrichment, gentle grooming, care needs and mealtimes to meet each guest’s established routine. For owners who value exceptional standards or for felines with more specific needs, we offer our Luxury All Inclusive Package and Medical Care packages are available. We can provide chauffeur travel arrangements on request.

    Meet The Family

    Sheryl, her husband Matthew and their daughter, are a family of animal lovers. Sheryl comes from an NHS background and she and her family have always rescued kitties in need of extra care, which they find very rewarding. They currently share their home with two adorable rescue cats from Qatar, George and Mickey. Sheryl can’t wait to extend her love of felines and nurturing care to all of the feline guests that stay at Longcroft Bursledon, which is the purrrrfect scenic location for a relaxing kitty retreat!

    “Longcroft Bursledon is set in our home, on a private road, located in a conservation area, with a view of the historic Bursledon Windmill from our garden. The River Hamble is on our doorstep. Due to our proximity to a beautiful conservation area, we have an extraordinary variety of bird life passing by, and the calls and chatter are always a pleasure to hear. Our own ‘floof bears’, George and Mickey, love this and we look forward to all of our feline guests enjoying it too.

    Before dropping off our cat, all queries were answered with quick informative responses. When we dropped our cat off, the place was spotless, so clean and beautiful setting letting our cat get fresh air and be able to see the views to keep him entertained throughout the day. Sheryl welcomed us and has a very lovely, caring manner. We were kept updated throughout our holiday with lovely pictures and felt very reassured our cat was being well looked after, so much so we struggled to get him home on pick up day as he had a wonderful time!

    Lots of love and affection

    Sheryl takes such good care of Marley. This is the second time Marley has stayed with Sheryl and he loves it! Marley is 15 so quite set in his ways, so I was quite apprehensive as we had never used a cat hotel before. I needn’t have worried as Sheryl is brilliant. She looked after Marley like he was her own, giving him lots of love and affection. Highly recommend Longcroft Bursledon and will be sending Marley on his third holiday before too long.
