Welcome to Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Bursledon

Longcroft Bursledon sits in a landscaped garden and is located in a picturesque conservation area with a view of the historic Bursledon Windmill, close to the River Hamble in Hampshire.

Offering just six luxury suites, each has its own climate-controlled bedroom, leading to a private, safe, garden play area, complete with multi-storey viewing platforms for feline guests to play or relax. The peaceful location is perfect for both indoor and outdoor guests. With stunning views over the wildflower and mature trees of the surrounding conservation area, it provides an abundance of wildlife to keep guests entertained!

Bursledon, in the borough of Eastleigh in Hampshire, is located conveniently close to the city of Southampton. It is within easy reach of Portsmouth, Winchester and the Isle of Wight, with easy access to the M27 and M3 motorways.

    Meet The Family

    Sheryl, her husband Matthew and their daughter, are a family of animal lovers. Sheryl comes from an NHS background and she and her family have always rescued kitties in need of extra care, which they find very rewarding. They currently share their home with two adorable rescue cats from Qatar, George and Mickey. Sheryl can’t wait to extend her love of felines and nurturing care to all of the feline guests that stay at Longcroft Bursledon, which is the purrrrfect scenic location for a relaxing kitty retreat!

    “Longcroft Bursledon is set in our home, on a private road, located in a conservation area, with a view of the historic Bursledon Windmill from our garden. The River Hamble is on our doorstep. Due to our proximity to a beautiful conservation area, we have an extraordinary variety of bird life passing by, and the calls and chatter are always a pleasure to hear. Our own ‘floof bears’, George and Mickey, love this and we look forward to all of our feline guests enjoying it too.

    Excellent care

    Felicia took excellent care of my cats and we were relieved to see constant updates and pictures of our cats. Felicia was quick to ease our worries and as well as help our cats settle into the hotel. This was truly an excellent service and one that we will continue to use in the future.

    Helen made sure that Denzel felt secure and happy

    Denzel is a rescue cat and I didn't want to put him in a cattery whilst we moved house, as he would think that he had been abandoned again. Longcroft was the right choice for him. From the beautiful cat bed to the amazing scratch post/hammock/plaything the venue is perfect for pampered pets. In addition to the 'room' the thing (well, person really!) that made Denzel feel welcome was the lovely Helen. When we arrived Denzel had got a little upset and Helen made sure that he felt secure and happy before we left him to his little holiday. To reassure us even further, we received emails from Denzel telling us what he had been up to and how he had enjoyed the A La Cat menu that we had arranged for him. Denzel and I would highly recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Fontwell as somewhere ideal for your cat to stay.

    A wonderful experience!

    A wonderful experience! We felt very nervous about leaving our cats for the first time but need not have worried. The hotel is spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean. Our cats had their own heated bedroom area complete with plush bed and a lovely outdoor / play area. They settled in really quickly and Lorraine had their favourite treats ready for their arrival. The regular updates and photographs really put our minds at rest and I think they would have happily stayed longer had we not returned to pick them up to take them home. They settled back in like they had never been away. Thank you - we have rebooked already and are so glad to have found you.

    A great welcome

    Our elderly cat Willow has just returned from her 4th stay at Longcroft Cattery Barry Island. As always she has a great welcome and is so well cared for. The suites are always spotless and Sarah really does love the cats in her care.

    You want want to put your babies anywhere else!!

    My 3 boys stayed at Chelmsford long Croft luxury cat hotel last week for 8 days. Claire sent me lovely photos of my boys enjoying their holiday. Also the boys got a bag of goodies to bring home with them. Claire & Tim said my boys were so good. I was so happy with the way the family looked after my boys, I highly recommend this place. Give it a try you want want to put ur babies anywhere else!!
