Lorna sent me regular updates where I could see how happy and relaxed my girl was … Daphne loved her neighbours, her elegant princess bed and her cat tower for birdwatching. Lorna accommodated my requests and asked questions that helped her understand my darling Daphne  - like how she likes to be played with -  which I highly appreciated … I will 100% be bringing her back here again and I recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat hotel to all!

Beautiful grounds and surroundings

From the moment we arrived at Bury St.Edmonds Longcroft cat hotel and met Lorna, I knew our cat Norman would be settled and happy here … Lorna showed us to his individual suite, which was a good size with a heated area for sleep and a window to watch the birds and wildlife. Loved the everyday updates on how settled and relaxed he was. Would definitely recommend.
