Longcroft Crowthorne is nestled in a spacious and leafy garden in a picturesque village in the Bracknell Forest district of south-eastern Berkshire.

Crowthorne is located in the county of Berkshire, South East England, two miles north of the town of Sandhurst, four miles south-west of the major town of Bracknell, and 30 miles west of London. Conveniently located near Farnborough, Woodley, Reading, Woking and Windsor.

    Meet The Family

    Felicia is a huge animal lover, whose family includes her husband, three children, English Pointer and their beloved pussycats, Jess and Moon, who are both 12 years old. Felicia has loved cats all her life and has always lived with at least one since she was a baby.

    She says, “Cats have provided a wonderful constant in my life and I would never be without them”. Felicia is qualified Equine Veterinary Nurse, who formerly worked at the University of Cambridge School of Veterinary Medicine. She has experienced taking care of all sorts of animals in the past, from domestic cats to big cats, including prepping a tiger for surgery! More recently she was working as a Data Manager at a local school, but then relished the chance to spend more time with her cats when working from home during lockdown. This inspired her to make a change of career. After a bad personal experience using catteries for her own cats in the past, and then a friend’s positive experience with Longcroft, she was motivated to set up her own luxury cat hotel:

    “When I visited Abi's hotel in Welwyn, I was blown away by how gorgeous the hotel was, and the amazing range of services on offer. Not only did I want my cats to stay, I wanted to be able to offer this luxury service to my local area. It felt like all the pieces of a puzzle were slotting into place and I couldn't wait to get the ball rolling. I can't express how much I am looking forward to meeting all of my feline visitors, and their owners of course. I feel like I am dreaming, being able to spend my days caring for, cuddling and playing with beautiful kitties.”

    Impeccable service from Lorna

    And OMG, thank god for Lorna and Longcroft Bury St Edmunds! Strudel was so well cared for and clearly had a great holiday himself! So much so he didn't want to leave Lorna and even pined for her for a while (well at least till he spotted butterflies that needed chasing in the garden). We are thrilled that from now on we can go away and relax knowing our boy is cared for in a way that could not be even remotely bettered elsewhere. We had regular updates and photos of him from Lorna, and it was soooo reassuring to see Strudel happy and enjoying himself. Impeccable service from Lorna, providing not just a spacious comfortable, clean home for her guest cat's, but real care and love too.

    Outstanding cat hotel. Would highly recommend as Ann was lovely, providing an extremely caring and loving environment and we received regular updates of photos showing how relaxed and happy Bo was. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Ann :)

    Helen made sure that Denzel felt secure and happy

    Denzel is a rescue cat and I didn't want to put him in a cattery whilst we moved house, as he would think that he had been abandoned again. Longcroft was the right choice for him. From the beautiful cat bed to the amazing scratch post/hammock/plaything the venue is perfect for pampered pets. In addition to the 'room' the thing (well, person really!) that made Denzel feel welcome was the lovely Helen. When we arrived Denzel had got a little upset and Helen made sure that he felt secure and happy before we left him to his little holiday. To reassure us even further, we received emails from Denzel telling us what he had been up to and how he had enjoyed the A La Cat menu that we had arranged for him. Denzel and I would highly recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Fontwell as somewhere ideal for your cat to stay.

    You have got it just right!

    We are so happy to have found Abi and her beautiful cat hotel. Our two cats stayed for the first time recently and seemed to settle in immediately. We were pleasantly surprised to hear from Abi while we were away informing us that they were quite happy and totally chilled. This type of reassurance, the wonderful setting and Abi's genuine love and knowledge of cats makes this Hotel by far the best we have ever come across and we have owned cats for many years.
