Hello! We would be delighted to check availability in any of our hotels for you. Our hotels can be contacted directly to reserve a suite but should you wish to check availability in all of our luxury locations then please contact us on 020 3887 2443 or fill out the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our global availability line is open from 9am – 5pm from Monday to Saturday.

Our 5 star standard ensures that our feline guests and their owners experience the same outstanding VIP service in every hotel. A reliable and fully insured feline chauffeur service is also available on request.

    I can’t thank Abi and the team at Longcroft Welwyn enough! We just moved house and I wanted to make sure the furballs were safe while we did so … Abi was so friendly both on the phone and in person, completely understood how nerve wracking it is leaving your babies alone! Abi sent photos and an email updates during their stay and I felt better knowing they were being well cared for.

    We have 2 ragdoll cats that are not very used to people and other accommodations and noises etc. Every time we go on holiday it’s stressful to both the cats and us. We chose Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel because we wanted to make sure our babies were taken care of and enjoyed their stay as much as we enjoyed our holiday. I highly recommend Lucy as she really is dedicated to giving our fur babies the best time and she did her best so that Pixie and Pablo were happy. She sent us photo updates and told us about their adventures.

    I was looking for a long term placement for my girls to help bridge our relocation to Australia. I looked at several catteries which had very small rooms or were not as clean as hoped. As soon as I viewed Longcroft Cat hotel in Welwyn, I knew this was it! The room was spacious, spotless and it was very apparent that Abi loved her furry friends that she looked after. They all looked very happy and relaxed.Our girls stayed with Abi just over 3 months. We loved receiving photos and updates of what they got up to. I’d 100% recommend Longcroft. Abi and Megan looked after our babies like their own.

    Both our cats Bruce and Nirvana recently stayed with Abi at Longcroft in Welwyn whilst We went on holiday. Before arriving there I was really worrying about leaving my cats as it was for 12 days in total and Bruce has never stayed at a cattery before he is also really shy and quite but as soon as we arrived at the cattery and met Abi I was instantly put at ease, Abi was very friendly and I knew there and then that our cats were going to be very well looked after. The suite our cats stayed in was beautiful, warm and spacious. Abi reassured us they would be fine and also let us take our time to settle them in and say goodbye. Once on holiday Abi sent me updates about the cats and also pictures which was really reassuring to me. Abi really looked after our cats and took time in comforting them and spoiling them. I would definitely book with Longcroft again. When picking our cats up they didn’t want to leave which was really shocking so they must of enjoyed themselves.Thanks again Abi and her team!From Natasha and Luke

    I would highly recommend Longcroft Cat Hotel.Abi and Megan worked hard to make sure our cats had the very best care.We had some super photos of them both.The cats enjoyed their little gift bag that Abi gave to them when we collected them.Many thanks Longcroft 😻😻

    I cannot recommend Abi and Megan and the whole crew highly enough! I needed to board my cat during a move, and Longcroft came to the rescue! I was sent frequent updates and photos and actually relaxed knowing she was in such good hands. I did not worry about my cat’s safety or care at all and definitely will use Longcroft again. Many thanks for taking such excellent care of my kitty!!

    This is a great place to leave your kitties for a few days. It’s very clean, the cats are well looked after and the owner, Abi, is lovely. I would highly recommend this cattery and will be back without a doubt!

    I couldn’t have asked for a better care than the one that Abi has given my beloved cat. He is a sensitive boy, very attached to me and I’m always anxious and sad to leave him. After the stay with Abi and Megan in Longcroft, he didn’t seem to want to leave, looking so happy and well looked after ☺️ Abi is such a genuinely caring person who is treating the cats with lots of love! Also, I found Abi very considerate - she regularly shared with me photos of my cat, which gave me reassurance and peace of mind, therefore thoroughly enjoying my holidays 🙏🏼🤍

    Abi at Longcroft went above and beyond for our boy Lando who was having his first cattery stay. Nothing was too much, she sorted a vet visit and even private transfer to another Longcroft site when he needed to stay in longer than expected. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you so much Abi!! ❤️

    What an amazing hotel ! Couldn't fault anything at all, 5 stars most definitely. I went away on holiday relaxed and reassured my 2 cats were having a wonderful holiday too ! It really feels like a home from home there. It was impeccably clean. The design and attention to detail was fantastic. Abi was welcoming and so helpful, replying promptly to every enquiry. I also received regular email updates and photos. My cats came home relaxed and even with a little goody bag of toys and treats ! Longcroft will be my first choice when I go away again.

    I absolutely loved how they took care of my kittens. They had a really long trip and one of them is a very needy cat that needs meds and she took care of everything.They also took care of sending someone to the airport to pick them up.The best part is that they give you frequent updates, and is such a relief to see them happy!I super recommend this Cat Hotel for any situation in which you need to leave your cats with someone. The staff is super lovely, empathetic and caring!

    “Fantastic cat hotel” cannot recommend enough,My cats have stayed in a few cattery but nothing like this. In other cattery my 2 cats normally came home with the hump and go and hide for hours but with Longcroft my cats were just as happy as there were when they went in. The lady that cares for the cats is fantastic and you could tell she loves your cats just as much as you and very well looked after. I feel this place go above and beyond for the cats they look after.5 stars from me look forward to seeing you again next year x

    We had a wonderful experience with Abi. We've left our two cats for a long stay of two months and Abi has been looking after them in a remarkable way. She was in touch with me at least 3 times a week to give me news and when Argan and Cerise came back home, they were relaxed and very happy. Abi is delightful to deal with. I would highly recommend the cattery.

    Was really happy to get a place at very short notice. Lovely suite so clean and airy! Great to receive daily up dates and photos of a very happy kitten!! Would definitely recommend !!

    An absolutely lovely cattery run by a lovely lady. My two kitties were very well looked after and loved during their week long stay in July. It gave me absolute peace of mind to know that they were being properly cared for, well fed and having regular playtime with Abi and her team. Looked at other catteries but none compared to Longcroft. Also loved the regular updates and photos. Highly recommend.

    George and Oscar have been with Abi whilst I was moving. Abi could not have been more helpful or accommodating as I had to keep extending their stay.The boys were obviously happy there and I was happy with them staying there.I would recommend Longcroft to anyone who cares for their cats.

    If I could I would give 10 stars, Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel is truly unique and amazing! I can’t thank Abi enough for the care and attention she gave to our beautiful cat Tommy! He is a lovely kitty with a few health issues but with Abi he was in safe hands, she gave him his medications every day and I felt so comfortable knowing that he was having the best care possible ! We just picked Tommy up , he spent 6 weeks in a beautiful cosy suite and would never take him anywhere else! Tommy has come back home so happy, chilled and with a bag of treats, that’s fantastic!Thank you Abi and Longcroft , you are truly amazing!

    The Longcroft Team took such great care of Hugo whilst we were moving house. It was such a comfort knowing that he was in safe hands with such attentive hosts! The regular updates and pictures gave us such peace of mind and Abi was very friendly and responsive throughout the whole process from enquiring about booking to check out when we collected Hugo. The goody bag at the end of Hugo's stay was a really lovely touch! Hugo definitely got the 5 star treatment and I would highly recommend Longcroft if you're looking for top quality care for your cat.

    We left out two kittens (Chuck and Daisy) with Abi at Longcroft Welwyn, this was our first time being apart from them but Abi made us feel so relaxed and we knew from our first phone call that they would be well looked after. They stayed with Abi for 10 days while we was on holiday. Abi regularly sent us photos and kept us updated on how they were doing. Having Abi look after our kittens while we was away, meant we was able to enjoy our holiday even more without any worry. Chuck and Daisy can't wait to see Abi again :)

    I was apprehensive about leaving our two kittens for the first time, but needn't have worried. Abi clearly cares about her guests and was great at settling our two in after a short but traumatic car journey! The suite was spotlessly clean with a comfy heated bedroom and secure, enclosed outdoor space. Abi kept in touch with us during our holiday with updates and pictures, which meant we could relax knowing they were being well looked after. We've already booked them in for their next stay!

    We booked our cats Scarlet and Harley in with Abi at Longcroft for a weeks stay while we went on holiday. The girls settled in straight away and Abi updated and sent us photos of them every few days and they looked extremely happy, it was like the cats went on holiday to! When we picked them up they were so chilled out, I don’t think they wanted to come home 😂 we also got a little gift bag from Abi when we collect the girls ❤️Would 100% recommend Abi, I wouldn’t send my cats anywhere elseVery happy kitties!! 😻

    My cats have been staying with Abi whilst I move house and they’ve been so well looked after, they looked so relaxed and comfortable and she kept me updated and sent pictures whenever I wanted them.     It was our first time being apart from our five month old kitten, Tom Tom so we wanted the best accommodation we could find for him. When we dropped him off, we were confident that Abi was the perfect holiday mum! Her property in Welwyn is beautiful & super clean, and with only six rooms, we were assured that our young kitten will be given the attention he needs.Abi kept us updated regularly with photos of him so we were able to see how he was getting on. Right from the start from speaking to her on the phone and finding out more about the hotel, she made me feel at ease with leaving him there.Tom Tom seemed relaxed and was a happy kitten when we took him home. My husband and I are now planning our next holiday in October and have no worries as we know he will be in good hands while we are away.

    Longcroft Cat Hotel at Welwyn is an absolute gem! Abi obviously loves the cats and offers such a fantastic service. Abi was extremely helpful and accommodating from the first enquiry to picking up Luna after our holiday. She really couldn't have done enough. She sent many photos while we were away to reassure us Luna was very happy. The facilities at the Hotel are definitely 5 star, we totally recommend it and will definitely be using again.     What an amazing hotel and wonderful caring owner in Abie Rufus turned up having had a traumatic incident being put in his travel box and I don’t who was more stressed -Me or Rufus - but Abi calmed me down and put me at ease when she settled Rufus in She spent the first hour with him sitting and having a cup of tea with him in his quarters (!) and gave him that special welcome and comfort to calm him down! I had regular updates and lots of photos and she worked hard to bring him out of his traumatised state -thank you again for caring for him and the goodie bag has come in very useful/looking forward to sending Rufus back another “spa” visit 😺👍 kind regards

    I had to get someone to look after my kitten because I had building work done to my house and for the foundation’s I needed to not have my cat keep getting in the way of them doing there work and I would like to thank them so much for helping me out and I would always give there company name and number to people that would love to know that there joyful cat in there hands.

    The facility at Longcroft Cat Hotel is the best I have seen. Spacious, clean, and just perfect for all cats. All staffs are very professional. My cat Leo who basically feared human interaction actually became braver and more open to humans after his stay over at Longcroft. Leo would not have been okay in other average cat hotels. His health and coat conditions were just perfect when he returned to me. Definitely coming back!

    My two cats stayed at Longcroft Welwyn for a month and when they returned home they were calm, relaxed and extremely well-groomed. I was anxious about leaving them for month but they were so well cared for and I was given regular updates by Abi at Longcroft. This is by far, the best service and cat hotel/cattery that I've come across. Abi also sent the cats home with a box of treats which they were given for Christmas.

    Lovely, well thought out facility, with a cat tree and a separate, warm bed area. My two fur babies Marcus and Charlie were well looked after by Ali. The service is reasonably priced and we would definitely recommend entrusting family pets here.

    Last year I put my cat in a cattery and he came out sostressed out. His fur was pouring out of him.I hoped the name of this place lived up to its words.I was not disappointed, it was lovely and warm.Phoenix loved it. The owner Abi, is a pure cat loverand she made me feel at ease by sending me some photos of Phoenix. When I arrived to take him home I think he wanted to stay. Abi had looked after him so well.I can highly recommend Longcroft. Phoenix will be back :-)

    We were very anxious about leaving our two silver bengal girls whilst we went away, they are high energy and need lots of attention! Abi reassured us that she is well equipped to care for special breeds and was totally prepared to deal with our cats' dietary requirements. We were kept updated each day with photos and fun anecdotes about the girls' day. I would definitely recommend Longcroft Welwyn to anyone that cant bear the idea of leaving their pets in a cattery. Our girls came home very happy with a super cute gift bag, and we have already booked them in for their next stay!

    Abi and her team at Longcroft go the extra mile to make sure your cat’s stay is second to none. We were extremely happy with the service, pricing and the communication throughout the time we were away. We also received regular updates via email with pictures! There are plenty of different options and extras available including treats and more.I wouldn’t take our cat anywhere else after this experience. When we returned to collect her, she didn’t want to leave she seemed so happy! Compared to other cattery’s it’s a different experience, exceptionally clean, well managed and stress-free! 100% would recommend and return!

    My gorgeous little princess loved her stay. She is a shy and timid little thing, therefore felt anxious leaving her in a strange place. However, as soon as she arrived, Ellie was made welcome and wasn't long before she came out of her shell. I would highly recommend Longcroft and Abi's love and care for cats truly shows. Ellie will be sure to stay again in the near future! Thank you Abi for making Ellie's first time away from home, so enjoyable =^^=

    My cat Prince stayed at Longcroft for two and a half weeks whilst we were on holiday in February, and was treated like royalty. I came home to one happy and beautifully groomed and relaxed pet, so much so that he didn't want to leave! The care he received was excellent and I loved the little touch of a goody bag that he was given when he left. Abi was a,along with the updates and photos of him that she regularly sent whilst we were away, I will never send him anywhere else than Longcroft. A truly 5 star pet experience!

    5⭐️ facilities and services ! Our two cats Chester and Caesar stayed for a short break in December whilst we we’re having some work completed at home. We found Longcroft by accident to be honest but to say our two cats had a great time is an understatement . Abi and lily were brilliant ! They were attentive , they listened and understood our cats needs and looked after them so well . You can tell that they have a lot of love for the cats in their care . Our cats looked so happy and content in their holiday photos ( another super bonus ) and updates . We have already booked them for a summer vacation and are planning on using Longcroft for all our mini breaks and holidays in the future. The service before, during and after cannot be faulted.

    Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel is an amazing place it exceeded all our expectations and we couldn't be happier. Our cat Simba was so relaxed when he came home and we were at ease when we left him in the care of Abi and team.
