Longcroft Norbury offers just six luxury suites, located in owner Robbie’s picturesque garden and providing round the clock supervision, security and consistency of care for your cats. The peaceful location is perfect for both indoor and outdoor loving guests – a calm retreat designed with comfort and feline happiness in mind.

You’ll have placed your cat in the very best hands. Longcroft Norbury is part of our award-winning family of boutique cat hotels, each individually owned and lovingly run by feline experts dedicated to personalised care. Animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do and every cat receives plenty of playtime and one on one attention. All cat owners receive regular updates and photos throughout their kitty’s stay, giving them complete peace of mind that their feline family members are safe, happy, and thoroughly pampered.

Each of our suites comes complete with a thermostatically controlled bedroom, a wrought-iron bed with soft bedding, and an adjoining private play area that brings the outdoors safely in. Every guest can enjoy fresh air and the sights and sounds of nature while remaining cosy, secure and enclosed. Each suite features a full-height cat tree with sunbathing platforms and privacy films between suites. Daily housekeeping with meticulous litter care ensures every suite remains clean, calm and beautifully maintained.

Throughout their stay we provide tailored enrichment, gentle grooming, care needs and mealtimes to meet each guest’s established routine. For owners who value exceptional standards or for felines with more specific needs, we offer our Luxury All Inclusive Package and Medical Care packages are available. We can provide chauffeur travel arrangements on request.

    Longcroft Norbury is nestled in the garden of Robbie and Laura’s family home with a peaceful and green outlook. Norbury is a leafy green suburb in South West London, ideally located between Crystal Palace and Streatham and easily accessible from all London areas. Just off the A23, the main route out of London to Gatwick Airport and the south coast, perfect for those wishing to check their cats in before enjoying their own holiday! Norbury train station is only 10 minutes’ walk away.

    "We were inspired to join Longcroft after seeking holiday accommodation for our beloved Bengal Demba. Together with my wife Laura, and our gorgeous daughter Lily, we run our lovely six suite hotel from our delightful family home in Norbury. After a career working with the NHS, I have been so happy to fulfil my aspiration of working with cats every day. Owning my very own Longcroft hotel is a dream come true!" - Robbie

    My two Tonkinese spoilt babies boarded at Longcroft when I had a short break away. Robbie sent me lots of reassuring photos and reports, which were appreciated. They stayed in an extra large suite so had space to move around. I would definitely use the cattery again!

    Robbie took care of our two year old Ragdoll Blue for two weeks and we couldn’t be more grateful! It was the first time we had left Blue at a cat hotel and we were a little worried, but we were quickly put at ease - Robbie was kind, professional, and super responsive. We also LOVED the regular photo updates and could see that Blue was having a lovely time! Blue was also healthy and happy when he came home. We would highly recommend!

    Our young cat, Casper, had a wonderful stay at Longcroft Norbury with Robbie for nine nights. We were provided with regular updates about Casper’s feeding and playing, and photos of Casper loving all the attention. It was so reassuring to know he was being so well cared for while we were away. Casper was in a lovely mood when I brought him home, so he had clearly had a very relaxing stay.

    This was the first time we had to send our two quite skittish and attached cats to a cat hotel and Robbie took such great care of them, with the regular updates and pictures showing them to be relaxed and pampered more than we thought possible.     First time sending our cat to Robbie at Longcroft Norbury, after previously going to other catteries in the area. I am always a bit cautious as we've had a couple of issues with our long haired cat coming back matted in a couple of places - but the quality of care and attention from Robbie was nothing but five star! He kept us well informed with numerous photos and updates of what our cat had been enjoying playing with, plus kept him so beautifully groomed during his stay it was like picking up a show cat! Robbie also sent our cat off home with a goodie bag and a heartfelt last pat - we will definitely be coming back to Robbie and his excellent care 🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱

    I was a bit worried about leaving our cat Haru in a cattery, as we have not had him long and he does not like change at all.However Robbie settled him very nicely at Longcroft, providing cuddles and playtime.Robbie was very accommodating with all my changes and requests too.I also got regular updates and photos.I think Haru had a lovely time and I would not hesitate to send him to Longcroft again.

    I have quite a nervous cat (Bob) who doesn’t really like any other people apart from me, so naturally I was nervous about leaving him. I needn’t have been as the care and attention he was given by Robbie was first class. He really took his time with Bob to get him settled in. The email updates and photos were really reassuring and something I looked forward to while I was away. I’ll definitely be bringing Bob back to stay again!

    I was anxious about boarding my cat because she is shy and has quite particular dietary needs. Robbie reassured me that everything would be taken care of, and it is clear from the pictures that Kaila was very happy and relaxed at Longcroft Norbury and enjoyed plenty of attention. I am relieved to have found somewhere that takes care of cats so well, and I'm sure Kaila will be happy to stay there again in future,.

    I cannot recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury enough! My cat, Merlin, stayed there for nearly a month, and the experience was outstanding.Merlin is quite shy, so I was initially nervous about leaving him for such a long stay. However, Robbie was absolutely incredible—very attentive. He clearly won Merlin over, which speaks volumes about the care and dedication he provides. Robbie kept in excellent communication with me throughout the stay, sending regular updates and photos that reassured me Merlin was not just safe but truly happy and relaxed.It’s clear that at Longcroft Norbury, cats aren’t just looked after—they are genuinely loved and cared for. If you’re looking for a place where your cat will be treated like family, this is the place to book. A huge thank you to Robbie for taking such wonderful care of Merlin!

    I can't recommend the Norbury Longcroft enough. My two timid rescue cats, Oscar and Lily, had never been away from home since I adopted them several years before and I was worried that they wouldn't settle. Robbie reassured me before their stay, which helped a lot. While they were there I received regular updates and photos, and they looked relaxed and happy, which really put my mind at ease. I thought their 12-day stay would feel like an eternity to me, but seeing how content they looked made it fly by!

    We can’t recommend Robbie and Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury enough!We were a little apprehensive as it’s the first time we’ve left our cat somewhere for longer than a weekend and he can be quite a needy boy. We didn’t need to worry at all and were so impressed with the care, love and attention he was given.We also really appreciated the consistent updates on how he was settling and what he was up to. He came home with more toys and treats than he left with in a little goody bag too which seem to fast be his new favourites. 😊He’s been absolutely fine since bringing him home, not at all subdued as we were expecting but if anything more playful and loving.Will absolutely be leaving him with Robbie again next time we go away.

    Robbie is amazing. We needed a place for our cats to stay during the holidays and they were the right choice. We have face lots of personal problems getting them to and from the hotel and Robbie helped us in every step of the way, very very caring.The constant stream of pictures of head scratches and belly rubs helped keepin our mind at ease!Recommended to anyone who wants their cat to be loved and well taken care of!

    Our two cats, Bart & Mouse had such a wonderful stay with Robbie at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury. We've only just adopted both of them so my partner and I were a little nervous about leaving them but we had no reason to be! Robbie kept us updated everyday with regular pictures and updates on how they were doing. Bart also has to take medication, which we were nervous about but Robbie managed to get Bart to take it with no trouble and kept our minds at ease.     Robbie was a fantastic host to our gorgeous boy Sir Walter !! He kept us updated every day and sent us gorgeous photos. It was Walters first time leaving home and he ensured that Walter and I were at ease throughout our holiday, detailing every thing Walter did during the day. I would definitely recommended Norbury cat hotel and will use it again- thank you Robbie for looking after our little boy!!

    I couldn’t have wished for my fur baby to be better cared for during my holidays. Robbie is definitely a cat whisperer 😻 and I received lots of photos and updates on how my kitty was doing - it made it so much easier to be away from her. She seems to have had a little holiday herself - getting plenty of attention, cuddles and grooming. I was extremely anxious leaving her for the first time in an unfamiliar place but now I know I needn’t have worried. Thanks once again Robbie - you really have a gift! 😻

    It was our second time placing catto at Longcroft and as always they have been the best any cat parents could have ever asked for! 😸 Rothko was extremely well taken care of by Robbie - we were frequently updated with lovely pictures which all helped to keep our minds at ease while away from our baby.To Robbie: Thank you so so much for having him, our honeymoon could not have been so successful without your help 😽 xoxo

    A small, family-run cattery that really do take care of your cat(s)! I was nervous about leaving my cat Dizzy as she had never been to a cattery before and is an indoor cat, but she clearly settled in after the first few days. The regular photo updates are lovely and reassuring, and the little gift bag at the end with toys and treats is a lovely touch.

    I am so glad I was able to get a space for my boy at Longcroft. It was the first time I had been away since adopting him and was anxious about leaving him. I need not have worried. I was sent regular pictures and emails with updates on how my boy was getting on and this really help me to have a better holiday and relax. They really looked after him well and he got along famously. He enjoyed really enjoyed himself. I am so grateful to Longcroft for the care he was given and the next time I go away, without a doubt he will be going to Longcroft.

    It was the first time we were leaving our cats in a cattery so felt very wary. Robbie quickly assured us they would be very comfortable and enjoy their stay at Longcroft Norbury in an extra large suite.We received regular updates on their stay including pictures which soon put our minds at ease. Both cats clearly enjoyed their holiday and looked really relaxed when we collected them.     It was the first time I left my cat to a cat hotel and I was very stressed but Robbie from Longcroft Norbury has been wonderful. I had almost daily updates and photos of Snow which gave me a lot of comfort. On top of that Snow looked like he really enjoyed himself and he didn’t seem stressed at all. I also received a little gift bag with all the toys he loved playing with and some treats.I couldn’t recommend them more!

    Robbie made our holiday so much more enjoyable by caring so well for our two young cats (who had never stayed away from home before). He took time to understand the nature of our little ones, and was happy to answer my endless questions!The regular updates and photos really put our minds at rest - we could relax in the knowledge that our cats were being so well looked after - in clean and plush surroundings and clearly getting lots of attention.     We placed our two beautiful cats with Robbie for a week whilst we were away.We were nervous about leaving them but right from the first communication with Robbie we knew they would be well looked after.We received updates regularly along with pictures which reassured us and when we collected Max and Calina yesterday they were clearly happy and settled.This is the first time that we have come back from holiday without the worry of the cats being stressed - they were so relaxed and happy. They also came home with some treats and a wand which they have been going crazy for!We will not hesitate to use Longcroft in Norbury again - and from me that is high praise!Thanks Robbie for looking after our fur babies !

    We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates (detailed emails and many pictures!) from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too (am sure she probably wanted to stay longer). She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!

    The experience with Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury was superb!We cannot thank Robbie enough for taking care of our cats so well. They stayed in Longcroft Norbury for more than one month and they loved every moment of it.Robbie was very professional and nice from the beginning, when we asked if he could accommodate some specific needs for one of the cats.We got a regular update from Robbie with a lot of pictures every few days.     I can't recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury enough.Robbie from Longcroft looked after my two cats for nearly three weeks while I was away for the festive season. This was the first time I had left the cats with 'strangers'. And the experience was fantastic.If you can afford it, I think there's no better solution for when you go away. Robbie frequently wrote to me sending me photos of the cats and telling me how they were adapting to their temporary home. Thanks to this, I was able to have peace of mind and enjoy my holidays (although still missing them!).And they even got a Christmas hamper on Dec 25th! Such luxury!

    Our cat loved his stay with Robbie at the Longcroft! We received daily updates and photo's on how he was doing, and when we collected him he was well groomed and we could tell he has been well taken care of as he's very calm etc now he is home!     Robbie was a wonderful caretaker of my two Ragamuffin kittens. They were cared for so beautifully as well as played with and groomed.The cattery is clean, spacious and well organised.     Robbie was a total superstar and looked after my son's kitten, Milo, absolutely beautifully during his stay at Longcroft Norbury. We received regular updates and photographs and it made my small son very happy to know that the cat was being so spoilt during a stressful house move.     I highly recommend Longcroft Luxury cat hotel. Robbie has been fantastic and so helpful. It has not been an easy time moving home and Robbie has made the whole situation much easier and less stressful. Having a really nervous cat has always made me anxious about putting him into a cattery but this time he seemed so much happier and much calmer now back at home. You can tell they have had a lot of love and affection. 5* service could not fault it

    Robbie took very good care of my cat. The place is very clean and hygienic and you can see the attention being given to the cats. Each room has a cat tree and enough space for the cats to play. Robbie also sent updates by email with photos so that was very reassuring and made me feel a lot more relaxed. Can't think of leaving my cat at any other place now.

    I highly recommend Robbie and the Longcroft cat hotel in Norbury. It was the first time my kitten Aria was away from home so I was a little apprehensive but Robbie put me immediately at ease and I was very grateful to receive an email update with photos on how well Aria was settling in. Aria clearly loved her stay and was well looked after. She has now settled back at home like she never left.

    Absolutely 5 star. Robbie was amazing, friendly, professional and above all took great care of our furry family member.     Longcroft Norbury and Robbie were absolutely fantastic - we cannot recommend highly enough. We have tried many catteries with our cat and he is always very anxious and out of sorts during his whole stay and when he returns home. However, he could not have loved his stay at Longcroft Norbury more and adored Robbie! We were a little worried he was going to refuse to come home with us when we went to pick him up - he was completely relaxed and absolutely loved his suite. For anyone who has had the heartache of leaving their cat in a cattery and seeing him look worried and nervous, I cannot recommend enough that you give Longcroft Norbury a try - we have found our go to place now! We will definitely be back many times in the future. Thank you so much, Robbie!

    Having never used a cattery before we were pretty nervous but a quick visit to Longcroft put our mind at rest. Robbie was so helpful and reassuring that we did not hesitate to book our cats in. Everything went very smoothly, Robbie took great care of our cats and sent regular updates and photos When our cats returned home they were calm but also glad to see us. The goody bags were a lovely touch that impressed our children! I would definitely use Longcroft again.

    What fantastic service and care Nigel & Noodle - and the rest of the family -received while staying with Robbie. There were regular updates with photographs. Their suite was spacious and exceptionally well maintained. From the front door to the end of the garden you could see that great care had been taken and attention to every detail. I am so happy to recommend and will definitely being calling Robbie at Longcroft Norbury first when Nigel & Noodle need another break from us!

    We had a great experience with Robbie and Longcroft Norbury! Our cats stayed with Robbie for ten days and we are always very anxious about putting our cats in any type of boarding. However, our cats settled in really well and we highly recommend Robbie and Longcroft Norbury. Robbie sent us frequent updates with photos that we really appreciated! Terrific and we will definitely use Longcroft Norbury in the future.

    Charlie, Our cat spent a week at this amazing Longcroft cat hotel. Charlie hates staying in catteries and in previous places it has taken several days for him to readjust as He is a very shy rescue cat, but Robbie was great with him, spending time with him and reassuring our boy. Loved the regular emails and photos whilst we where on holiday. Highly recommend Longcroft Norbury and thank you Robbie.

    Robbie at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury is a superstar! We left our 6 month old kitten with him for a few nights in preparation for a longer holiday we have coming up and he kept us up to date with regular emails and reassurance that she was ok!     It was the first time we left our Agata in a cattery and we were quite worried, but as soon as we met Robbie and the beautiful, spacious, equipped and clean ‘suite’ with a view to the garden we just felt relaxed.Robbie kept us updated and sent us lovely photos and even gave us a goodie bag to take home! Agata came back home more affectionate than ever after all the pampering sessions.I will definitely recommend Longcroft Norbury, is a real feline luxury!

    My little angel was well looked after and we were sent photos by Robbie during her stay which was lovely, she is a very nervous cat but she looked very content during her stay at longcroft Norbury. Would highly recommend to any cat parents, you can be at peace that your fur baby is being well taken care off whilst you are away.

    Our 4 cats had an excellent time with Robbie who kept us updated on how they were settling in and providing photos on the gang. Great service and attentive to our requests.

    My cat enjoyed a lot with Robbie and the suite was very nice and clean. Robbie was always in touch with me to let me know how he was going with my cat and I could see through photos. He's great and a very nice person.

    Our cat, Pi just spent 11 days with Robbie and he loved it. Watching Magpies, playing with Robbie, watching him do his daily activity and so much more. Robbie is a natural with cats and Pi liked him straight away and started playing with him. The house and Cat suits are lovely and very well designed and well maintained. Robbie gave us regular updates and photos, all with a very nice sense of humour. Thank you Robbie for taking care of Pi. Hope to see you soon again.

    Robbie and team were wonderful at looking after our cat on short notice. It was a seamless experience from booking through to picking up, and our cat came home happy, settled and content. She can be quite nervous when we go away and she absolutely thrived at Longcroft. From her accommodation to the updates and photos we got, it was all considered and showed how much they care for their furry guests. We will certainly book again when we go away.

    Our little stray cat is very nervous and scared of everyone. We were worried about leaving him at a Cattery. Longcroft felt more like home. Robbie was so patient and kind, knowing just how to slowly make friends with our cat, until he was able to give strokes and cuddles which our cat loved. The cats as scrupulously cared for in lovely surroundings. We highly recommend it.

    Our cat has just had her first holiday with Robbie. The suites are spacious, clean and an oasis of calm. We received regular photos and updates and it was reassuring to see that our cat was settling in well and enjoying all the attention from Robbie. The goody bag on departure was a nice touch too.     The apartments are beautiful. This was my first time letting Tamara stay in a hotel for my holiday and I was the most relaxed about her safety as I've ever been. Robbie takes good care of the cats and sent me picture updates of her, I could see how much attention he gave her and was very grateful for the little updates on how's she's doing and recognizing her little signature moves for affection. Highly recommend to all that want to make sure their cat gets the best care while they're away.!

    Our two cats stayed for 3 weeks at Longcroft Norbury under Robbie’s care and came back relaxed and, I think, missing the luxury lifestyle. I can not commend enough the service Robbie provides. Clear guidance and instructions for arranging accommodation and straight forward, prompt and super friendly communications throughout the whole process. Robbie really cares about his customers, his business, and most of all, cats. This care and attention to detail shows in every aspect of our experience with Longcroft Norbury. Every interaction was a pleasure end-end. Robbie kept us up to date with emails and photos so we were never worried if the cats were doing okay. Near the end, we needed to change our return date and Robbie arranged everthing including rebooking the chauffeur service for us 😻 We haven't used many catteries in London (only the vet) but we don't see any reason to find any other. Simply the best.

    Quinn had a wonderful stay. I received beautiful photos and updates of his activity, and general wellbeing throughout his stay. Robbie took excellent care of him, and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be returning.

    This was our first experience using a cattery and Robbie ensured our cat felt at ease on checking-in to Longcroft. The facilities are immaculate, the environment very peaceful and stimulating for our cat and we received detailed daily updates which we really appreciated and we felt that our cat received a good amount of attention each day during her stay.     This is a great place to leave your cats when you go on holiday. My two little kittens had a fabulous time there and were properly looked after. I also received very regular updates with photos. I would highly recommend this place!

    I was extremely overwhelmed by the service provided at the Longcroft Hotel in Norbury as it was the first time leaving our cat Carlos during a two week family vacation. Robbie was proactive and forthcoming with his communication, his friendly and warm attitude comforted us in this very anxious time and the bonus of him sending us regular email updates with photos of Carlos gave us a sense of comfort allowing us to enjoy our time away.     Our cat has just had her first holiday with Robbie and we couldn’t be more pleased. The booking was easy, drop off and pick up times agreed and we knew we were leaving her in safe hands (and a lovely clean cattery). We were updated throughout her stay which put our minds at rest and continued a hugely personal service throughout. We will definitely be booking her in here again.     This is the first time I have used a cattery, I was worried but Robbie at Longcroft, Norbury put me at ease. The regular updates via email was so helpful, plus receiving a goodie bag when checking out was a lovely surprise. They really care about their feline guests. My two girls settled in well, there was no need for me to worry. I would use Longcroft again. Lovely place, so clean, pretty and luxurious made me want to stay there myself lol

    My little Minka had an amazing 3 week stay at Longcroft in Norbury. It was our first holiday away from her and I was looking for somewhere that she would be safe, well looked after and with enough room to move (as she is very playful). The suites are perfectly sized and very clean. Robbie was really great with all the email updates and photos that kept my mind at ease. Minka came home a very happy and purring kitty, thanks again!

    Our two cats, Ronnie and Ralphie have just returned home from their cat holiday at Longcroft, Norbury. This was their first time away and I was incredibly nervous. I needn’t have worried. Robbie provided regular updates which really put my mind at ease along with photographs so I could see for myself that the boys were happy and healthy. They came back with their goody bags and settled in at home no problem. I am so happy to have found somewhere that they can go in future when we go on holiday. Thank you Robbie!

    My cat enjoyed a lot in the suite which was very nice and clean. Robbie was always in touch with me to let me know how he was going with my cat and I could see through photos. He's great and a very nice person.

    We recently had some building works done and so our two Persian cats went to stay at Longcroft for a week. Robbie responded quickly to our enquiry and was able to accomodate them at short notice. The suite they had was big and had luxurious bedding and a nice big cat tree and toys to keep them entertained. I felt very comfortable that we were leaving them in good hands and very much appreciated Robbie's updates with photos. Robbie took excellent care of them and we will definitely use Longcroft again.     What a fantastic place! Robbie was an absolute star looking after our cat Alfie. He went above and beyond to ensure he settled well and kept me updated with photo's throughout the 10 days. Would highly recommend this cat hotel. The accommodation and service for the cats is top class ..... better than some of the hotels I've stayed in ! : ) Alfie will be back for sure.     We were very nervous about putting our cat into a cat hotel as he had never been away from home before. However, we were immediately put at ease with the quality of care and facilities. Robbie (manager) could not have done more to look after Ed and us! He emailed us photos and updates about Ed daily. Ed was even sent home with a complimentary bag of cat toys and treats. They really put an emphasis on getting to know your cat. This hotel is the best and we wouldn't hesitate to have our cat stay here again. First class!

    We have had only one experience of a cattery since moving to London and it wasn't good. I was nervous (ie precious cat mum) about leaving our very energetic cats for over a week at Longcroft Norbury but after visiting and many email exchanges with Robbie i felt reassured. Drop off and pick up was extremely professional and the regular email updates were wonderful. The cats were clean, relaxed and happy - loving their cat tree and Robbie. I can't thank him enough and i will be booking again in the future. Such a valuable thing to able to offer such peace of mind to a worried pet owner!! Geraldine

    This is definitely the "Four Seasons" for cats and we are so pleased to have found it! The suites are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean and Robbie did a fantastic job looking after our two British Longhair cats. He sent us regular updates and photos and they clearly responded very well to him and were very relaxed and happy. We will never feel guilty about going away again - and we'll never send our cats anywhere else!

    We are so pleased to have found Longcroft and Robbie. We had regular updates about Ozzy and his well being. The suites a spotlessly clean and Ozzy came back looking very smart. Robbie has a genuine affection for all the cats, we will be using Longcroft in the future and Ozzy is looking forward to his next stay and more cuddles from Robbie. What a fantastic service.

    Great place for any cat to stay. Ours has come back very relaxed and chilled, and not grumpy at all (which is what we were worried about!) We were kept up to date with what she had been up to, as well as pictures of her stay. Lovely place, couldn't recommend enough.

    Jojo loved it. Robbie did a brilliant job and clearly loves cats. He sent us updates every other day. We even got a little goody bag to remember the time. This is very good and we will definitely be using again. Jojo was very happy and now keeps howling at us, as we're clearly not as good as the cat hotel!

    This was Bonnie's first time at Longcroft (in fact it was her first time staying anywhere away from home) and I couldn't have chosen better. The suites are spacious and absolutely pristine and the welcome absolutely spot on. Robbie did everything to help Bonnie feel settled and to reassure me that she would be happy there. I loved the regular updates and photos. It made a big difference to know how she was doing. I can't rate them highly enough. Knowing that Robbie and his wife understand how it feels to leave your pet somewhere new and that they really love and understand cats is the key to why they are successful. Bonnie will be back next year for sure.

    I have been a client of Longcroft since day 1 when the original one opened up in Welwyn. I have also used their services in St Albans, and was delighted to find one closer to where I live. Same great service from Robbie. He takes such good care of all of the guests, and makes you feel comfortable with leaving your cat with him when you are out of town. Lovely space, quiet and safe. Would highly recommend the cat hotel to anyone, worth every single penny.

    Recently looked after our cat for a week whilst on holiday. Easy to deal with, great communications and customer service from Robbie at Norbury. Found the hotel by literally googling them and seeing the good reviews, wasn't disappointed at all, beautiful setting, clean and spacious and clearly very happy cats. Pet returned relaxed and totally un-stressed. Recommend and will use again!

    It was our first time experience of booking our cat Mia into Longcroft and it was truly the best decision we made. The owner Robbie was very welcoming and lovely to talk to. The rooms looked spotlessly clean and spacious and it was a beautiful peaceful environment. We had regular email updates and pictures of Mia which is a lovely touch and definitely put my mind at ease. After Mia checked out she received a goody bag of her favourite food snacks and some cute toys for her to play with.. Wow! I would like to rate Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury 5 stars as I can honestly tell that Mia had an amazing time here. When we went to collect her she didn't want to leave! We will definitely be booking here again.

    Lola has stayed several times at Longcroft Norbury and we never hesitate to book her in when required or recommend them to our friends. We always know that she will be well looked after here. The suites are spacious and exceptionally clean. There is a large play area in each pen with a cat tree for climbing, and a cosy bedroom at the back.Recently, Lola stayed when she was on medication. Robbie and Laura went above and beyond to ensure Lola's health improved every day and had the tricky task of administering the tablets twice a day which they did very well. Lola always seems to enjoy staying and seems to trust Robbie completely. It is clear to see that they spend a lot of time with their cat guests and build up a good relationship with them.Robbie keeps in touch with photos and updates which are nice to receive. I highly recommend Longcroft Norbury.

    Having had some bad experiences with cattery's in the area this place a REVELATION! Extremely professional from pre-visit, to making the booking, to drop-off, and right through to pick-up. The accommodation itself is very clean and spacious and Robbie will care for your cat as if it was his own. Kai didn't want to come home in the end! We were provided regular updates and pictures via email which put our minds at ease and Kai even got a little gift hamper as he was leaving. One thing to consider might be to install cameras in the suites so owners can take a peak anytime they want. This would put you miles ahead of competition and I am sure customers would be willing to pay a small premium for it.

    I can't recommend Longcroft (and Robbie) highly enough. This was our first time leaving a pet in accommodation so I was a bit nervous, but by the time we collected our 10 month old kitten, Juno, she'd have happily stayed there I reckon. It was clear she adored Robbie and had been very well looked after and spoiled. From the clean, comfy, roomy suites to the immaculate surrounding garden they looked out onto, it was just on another level to some of the other places we looked at - some of them look a bit too much like vets I thought. The photos and updates were also really great to keep our minds at rest. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else now. Brilliant!

    Thank you so much to Robbie and his family for looking after Winston. He had an absolutely brilliant time.Everything was simply perfect from the warm welcome given to us by Robbie to the beautiful suite.     We booked our two kittens in with Longcroft Norbury for 8 days. They are both quite young (6 + 4 months) and we were a little apprehensive how they would handle it. However, just a few hours in, we heard from Robbie and were sent photos and it was obvious that they had a great time!! They had their regular play sessions, kitten milk and loads of cuddles. Robbie was excellent in keeping us up to date and we would happily bring the two little ladies back there again. They especially loved their little presents which are being carried around everywhere at home.Thanks, Robbie for taking such good care - they will be back!!

    Our cat recently spent 10 luxurious days at Longcroft. Robbie was a great host and kept us updated with emails and pictures. Our cat is quite easy going so settled into life there very easily. We collected him and he’d been groomed and looked and smelt really fresh. I’d definitely recommend Longcroft to anyone, the setting is great, all the facilities are tailored to looking after the guests, it’s clean and safe. Couldn’t ask for anything more really.
