Welcome to Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Cuffley.

Longcroft Cuffley offers 6 interior designed suites each with a climate controlled bedroom leading to a spacious play area allowing guests space to climb and exercise as well as relax. Room service and plenty of expert one on one care and play come as standard so your cats can enjoy an environment that is very close to the one they are used to at home….if not a little better!

Longcroft Cuffley is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac in a peaceful and secluded rear garden, overlooking woodland in the quiet village of Cuffley in South-East Hertfordshire, which is a short drive to neighboring Goffs Oak, Northaw, Potters Bar and Cheshunt.

    Ann and her family are great cat lovers and own two beautiful rescue cats Marley and Marcel who are regulars at Longcroft and were the family’s inspiration to join Longcroft!

    Ann says 'I have always had a deep love of cats beginning with our first two rescue cats who we rescued in 1994, we enjoyed their company for a long and happy 18 years! I can’t wait to provide cat owners like us the ability to feel relaxed leaving their lovely cats with us whilst they enjoy a holiday, business trip or house move, it’s the peace of mind you dream of!'

    A real home from home environment

    Ann absolutely adores cats and it’s obvious by the love and attention she gives to them. My two were so relaxed and chilled they settled so well and we loved the regular updates and pictures. A real home from home environment and would thoroughly recommend it. Great service for cats and cat parents 😻

    I took my gorgeous cat to stay with Ann at Longcroft Cat Hotel, Cuffley last week. I have to say that Ann really put my mind at rest. She treated Teddy as though he was her own cat I couldn't have asked for anything better. Would recommend to anybody!

    Was wary of my cats staying away from home for the first time and Ann did a lovely job of easing my worries. The boys were well looked after, fussed over and played with and treated like real VIP guests. We received great updates throughout too

    A lovely, peaceful location

    Amazing service from Ann and so accommodating. She was so patient and explained everything thoroughly from the very beginning. She sent photos of our little cat Miku which was great reassurance. The hotel is set in a lovely, peaceful location which I loved and I am sure Miku appreciated too. Will definitely be booking her again.

    Couldn't be more delighted

    Never left my 4 rescue kitties before and concerned that having had a bad start in life, they were placed somewhere where they were well loved and looked after- couldn't be more delighted. Ann was wonderful, so accommodating and helpful. Rooms immaculate with all comforts of home. Sent updates, pictures and funny videos of Xmas stockings hung up and the kitties waiting for Santa. They even got a goodie bag to go home with. Highly recommend.

    Longcroft Cuffley is simply put, brilliant. Ann is lovely, organised and friendly. She has taken excellent care of Alfonso and we feel super safe leaving him there. The rooms are spacious, there’s plenty of toys and interaction. Always nice to go away and have one less thing to worry about!

    Very professional and clearly cat lovers. I had no worries leaving my 17 year old cat who had not been boarded since he was about 2. I don't think he wanted to come home. He is booked in for next year.

    My cats were in such safe and caring hands here. Ann was wonderful - so patient and understanding for the first time they were away from home. I had pictures and updates every day. Clean rooms and peaceful setting. Highly recommend.

    We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .

    My boys had the best overnight stay with Ann before their big holiday next year. It was the first time I’d ever left them somewhere overnight and I can’t stress how lovely the team were, reassuring me and putting my mind at ease. Turns out I definitely missed them more than they missed me!! They can’t wait to come back ☺️

    As a Pet Sitter, I need to ensure my kitty cat is well looked after when I am away, for my peace of mind and to ensure my very high standards of care are maintained. Ann has been wonderful with my boy, updating me via text daily along with lovely photos of my lad enjoying himself, especially with the fabulous cat tree which he has enjoyed immensely.I will be booking with Ann again for my future breaks away from home and have no hesitation in recommending Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Cuffley to likeminded cat parents.     Ann looked after our much loved and rather spoilt pair while we moved home and we ended up being much less worried about them than we expected to be. The wonderful daily photo and video updates put our minds at rest as did the clean and warm facilities and the warm welcome on dropped them off. They could not have been less stressed when we collected them and we will not hesitate to return if and when we need to have them cared for again.

    We cannot thank Ann enough for looking after Freddie during his stay this summer. We were so nervous about leaving him but Ann reassured us that he’d be in safe hands. We got updates every day via pictures and videos. Freddie had a great stay and loved his home cooked meals - chicken crumble was his fav!!! I’d highly recommend for anyone who has a precious kitty.     We are so happy to have found Ann and her AMAZING cat hotel! This was the first time we were leaving our 16 week old kitten Yoko and we were apprehensive to say the least. We needn't have worried, from the initial phone enquiry Ann put our minds at rest reassuring us that Yoko would be well looked after. On arrival Ann was so welcoming and showed us to the kitty accommodation which exceeded our expectations, the suites were amazing and nothing like I had seen before. They were big, bright and spotlessly clean! Each room had the most incredible cat tree and they were warm and felt cosy with views out over a beautiful garden. Ann had even included a little ladder going up to the sleeping area given Yoko was so small which was very thoughtful. We were kept up to date throughout Yokos stay, we had wonderful videos and photos of her playing and eating and looking relaxed, this type of reassurance along with Anns love and kindness for our kitten meant we could enjoy our time away knowing Yoko was being so well looked after. Ann treated our kitten like a princess and Yoko came home very settled and happy. Thank you so much to Ann and her family for taking such great of Yoko! It goes without saying we wouldn't take our kitten anywhere else!
