Longcroft Kenley offers just six luxury suites, located in owner Gabriela’s pretty garden and providing round the clock supervision, security and consistency of care. The peaceful location is perfect for both indoor and outdoor guests – a calm retreat designed with comfort and feline happiness in mind.

You’ll have placed your cat in the very best hands. Longcroft Kenley is part of our award-winning family of boutique cat hotels, each individually owned and lovingly run by feline experts dedicated to personalised care. Animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do and every cat receives plenty of playtime and one on one attention. All cat owners receive regular updates and photos throughout their kitty’s stay, giving them complete peace of mind that their feline family members are safe, happy, and thoroughly pampered.

Each of our suites comes complete with a thermostatically controlled bedroom, a wrought-iron bed with soft bedding, and an adjoining private play area that brings the outdoors safely in. Every guest can enjoy fresh air and the sights and sounds of nature while remaining cosy, secure and enclosed. Each suite features a full-height cat tree with sunbathing platforms and privacy films between suites. Daily housekeeping with meticulous litter care ensures every suite remains clean, calm and beautifully maintained.

Throughout their stay we provide tailored enrichment, gentle grooming, care needs and mealtimes to meet each guest’s established routine. For owners who value exceptional standards or for felines with more specific needs, we offer our Luxury All Inclusive Package and Medical Care packages are available. We can provide chauffeur travel arrangements on request.

    Longcroft Kenley is nestled in the garden of Gabriela’s family home with stunning views and a green outlook. Kenley is a district in the south of the London Borough of Croydon. It borders Purley, Coulsdon, Riddlesdown, Caterham and Whyteleafe and is conveniently situated 13 miles south of Charing Cross.

    Easy to reach from the M25 or by train

    We’re just off the M25 junction 6, making drop-offs and collections simple whether you’re heading to the city or further afield. We are also just a short distance from Kenley Railway Station.

    Meet The Family

    Owner Gabriela was inspired by the channel 4 program “Compare Your Life”, where Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel was featured, offering cat lovers the chance to leave the rat race behind and start their own rewarding business. Gabriela decided she would love to offer the same high level of care to cat lovers in and around Kenley!

    Absolutely cannot fault this place

    I had the best experience with Gabriela who was so communicative and kind from start to finish. My cat has never had the best experience staying away from home and Gabriela was more than patient with the drop off facilitation and making sure Roo was doing everything at her own speed - she even got comfortable in her XL suite while I was still standing there! I also got regular updates while I was away so had peace of mind throughout.

    Gaby was great with our cat whilst we were away for a few days. It was our first time using a cat hotel and can say we felt totally relaxed knowing that she was in good hands.The suites are very clean and well thought out. Great choice of food and toys to keep the cats happy and entertained. Also had regular updates (with photos!) of our cat which was much appreciated. Check in and check out very easy and accommodating. Will be using again for sure.

    Absolutely fantastic place! Spotlessly clean, very well organised, and the atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming. You can tell that the staff truly care about the animals and go above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable and safe.     Longcroft Kenley/Gaby was amazing - her children too! As someone who was extremely nervous to leave her boys while I was away Gaby did an amazing job at making me feel at ease! I was sent daily pictures of them which was so nice/reassuring. The place itself is beautiful & there isn’t a lot of other kitties staying, so Gaby isn’t overly busy & is able to spend quality time with everyone.I will be bringing the boys back next time I go away… this will be there home away from home!

    It was our first time boarding our 6m old kitten, Casper, and we couldn’t have had a better experience with the lovely Gabriela at Longcroft Kenley. The suite was huge and in a beautiful, tranquil setting in the garden. Gabriela kept us updated with photos of Casper throughout our holiday and gave us peace of mind that he had settled in well. We wouldn’t hesitate to board Casper at Longcroft Kenley again.

    Can't thank Gaby enough. The suites are beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were worried as we have a nervous kitty but she came home super relaxed and happy. Gaby kept us up to date on how our cat was doing and sent photos when she could.

    My cat really enjoyed his stay at Longcroft Cat hotel in Kenley.The photo updates from Gabriela were a nice service and made me feel truly at ease while I was away!He loved the fluffy bed there so much, I wish I could buy one just like it!

    We had a lovely experience while we left our cats with Gabriela for 2 weeks. They are both rescues and fine new environments very stressful and Gabriela made us feel reassured with regular updates throughout. Her communication was great and she clearly adores all her guests 😀😀 would highly recommend - the cats are in a calm environment with little noise and lots of space - much nicer than cages and bars which we had seen advertised elsewhere. They are in glass heated rooms and made to be really comfortable.

    We can't recommend Longcroft Kenley enough. From the outset our experience has been 5 star - from the ease of booking, regular contact during our 7 month old kitten's stay and his happy demeanor after pick up (no grumpy cat mood for leaving him thankfully!) We were really worried about leaving him for the first time (especially since he had been with us constantly during lockdown) and did a lot of research into finding the right place. Gabriela completely put our minds at ease. She tried different foods on him, played with and brushed him daily and sent lots of photos so we knew how he was getting on. We even received a postcard telling us all about his adventures! Thank you Gabriela and Longcroft for taking care of our fur baby! Sending paw hugs from Walter x

    If you want only the best for your furry friends, then this is the place to take them. With only 6 suites, you can be confident that your cats will be getting a lot of love and attention and this is demonstrated in the regular updates and photos that Gabriela sends. They arguably get more treats and attention while holidaying here than they do at home!One of the main reasons we first went with Longcroft Kenley was due to one of our cats needing sub-cutaneous fluids administering during their stay. Gabriela was only too happy to do so and took the time to learn the process and apply it confidently. When he had a small episode during his stay, Gabriela was calm and informative throughout, using her own initiative to manage the problem and giving me the confidence that he was in good hands, significantly reducing the stress of being away while he was unwell.In my experience (since we buy the top tier "all-inclusive" package for their stays) it works out at about twice what we would pay at a normal cattery but you are getting 5 times the service for that price and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else now.

    Gabriela is amazing and Longcroft Kenley is such a lovely cattery. The difference from other catteries is huge - it is warm and clean and the cats have large comfortable runs. Gabriela looks after them like they’re her own and we got regular photos of our happy cats. Will absolutely use again next time we go away.

    Indie and Hugo were guests at Longcroft Kenley for 4 weeks over Christmas. Gabriela is a brilliant host and really cared for our little fur babies. She kept us regularly updated on their activities and sent photo which was very reassuring. The accommodation is very clean and warm and the size of the rooms are very generous. My two cats are large in size and very playful and I could tell when they got home they were well exercised. Their coats were well looked after. I would not hesitate recommending Gabriela and Longcroft.

    An amazing stay for our little kitten! I can’t recommend Longcroft in Kenley enough. Gabriela made us feel so at ease and went out of her way to look after little Phoebe.If you are ever thinking of leaving your cat and feel worried, this is the place to come. Gabriela is the perfect host, keeps you up to date with great photos and videos.The suites are luxurious and miles away from a standard cattery. We visited a lot of other places before we chose Longcroft and I can’t describe how much better this is - you will be so pleased with your choice!

    I can’t praise enough Gabriela and her lovely cattery. Gabriela is really attentive and caring person. She took such a good care of our 15-year-old Nipsu-boy (with special needs) for 12 days in November while we were travelling. She sent us regular updates with photos, which helped us to enjoy our holiday. He really seemed to be enjoying his stay with Gabriela. Nipsu’s booked in again soon. For him Longcroft Kenley is the best place to stay; we can't imagine him staying anywhere else.
