Welcome to Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Tring.

Longcroft Tring offers 7 interior designed suites each with a climate-controlled bedroom leading to a spacious play area allowing guests space to climb and exercise as well as relax. Room service and plenty of expert one on one care and play come as standard so your cats can enjoy an environment that is very close to the one they are used to at home….if not a little better!

Longcroft Tring is beautifully nestled in the leafy rear garden of Jenny’s family home, with a peaceful and green outlook. Tring is a small market town in Hertfordshire adjacent to the Buckinghamshire border. It is situated in a gap passing through the Chiltern Hills, classed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 30 miles northwest of London, perfect for those wishing to check their cats in before enjoy their own holiday!

Margo’s stay was amazing. Jenny is a cat-maestro and Margo was chilled and thoroughly enjoyed her stay. I don’t think she wanted to come home. Thank you Jenny for looking after our little princess.

    Meet The Family

    Jenny has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember. After recently moving with her family to Tring, she is very excited to be opening her very own Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel :

    “I’ve always had a huge love for all animals but have a special soft spot and passion for cats. My mantra has always been home isn’t complete without at least one feline friend! My first cat was a lovely black and white girl called Whiskey. She was adorable and followed me everywhere. She was a great friend when I was growing up. Cats never fail to put a smile on my face. We now have two beloved rescue cats ourselves, Domino and Little Bob.

    I was introduced to Longcroft by my sister who is a Longcroft regular, well her adorable kitties are! I was so impressed with the attention to detail and emphasise on cat welfare, that when the time was right, becoming part of the amazing Longcroft Team was a necessity for me! After an enjoyable career as a police officer, I now feel so lucky that my days are to be full of cat cuddles and purrs. I am very excited to be able to offer owners the opportunity to go away on their holidays or travels, knowing their pussycats are being taken care of in a home from home environment, getting all the love and attention they need.

    Jenny has really taken the time to get to know and spend time with him which has been very re-assuring. Jenny proactively sends regular updates with pics which gives us comfort he is in safe hands. He spent his birthday at Longcroft last year and it was so nice to see the effort that Jenny went to to celebrate with him. I'm sure he can't wait for his next stay with his holiday meowmy, he never wants to leave! :)

    Jenny took great care of her!

    I felt very comfortable with leaving my princess cat with Jenny, she took great care of her! Jenny sent photo updates and a cute postcard too. Zelda loved her suite and watching squirrels out of the window, and she got a goody bag when she left including a laser toy she is now obsessed with! I’d definitely bring Zelda back here - thank you Jenny. 🐱

    I left my precious 2 year old cat Smitten with the team at Longcroft Tring, whilst I was on holiday for 3 weeks, and Jenny did a superb job!! I was really nervous to leave my cat for such a long time but Jenny was very re-assuring, calm and patient. She sent myself wonderful updates and photos of my cat smitten playing and sleeping. After picking up smitten I could tell instantly she had been well looked after! She settled back at home so well that I was very impressed! Once again thank you so much to the Longcroft Tring team and to Jenny for this 10/10 service. I’ve already booked my next slot as I’ve been so satisfied with the level of service! Highly recommended!

    I was immediately struck by how immaculate the rooms are

    I was quite nervous about leaving my two kittens for the first time but Jenny put my mind at ease instantly, showing such care for the cats who stay with her. I was immediately struck by how immaculate the rooms are the little touches like treats and toys. Jenny kept me updated regularly and went above and beyond on Pearl’s birthday, decorating her room and treating her throughout the day. With Villanelle being so young I was expecting some upset but she, like Pearl, has come home happy and rested (and incredibly well groomed). I can’t recommend Longcroft Tring enough! Thank you!

    We can't recommend Jenny enough

    This was the first time Marley, our rescue cat, stayed in Longcroft and we can't recommend Jenny enough. Marley is very shy cat and scared of new pople, places & noises. Based on our past experiences with other catteries we expected Marley to be stressed when we picked him up but we were so happy and pleasantly surprised to find him happy and relaxed in his lovely room. Jenny did great job with him and made him feel safe and relaxed. She is wonderful lady, who understands cats need. She also sent us regular updates in form of photos and videos so we could also relaxed knowing that Marley is happy and safe. Also place is spotless and set in beautiful quiet garden where cats could watch birds and squirrels. Lovely place and lovely lady, who will go above and beyond to give outstanding service.

    I would highly recommend

    Our 2 cats stayed here for 10 days. We had regular updates and were really happy with the accomodation and the level of attention they received from Jenny. It was really nice to know that they had playtime and were being made a fuss of. I wouldn't hesitate to use Longcroft again and would highly recommend it.

    My cat, Millie, spent 10 days with Jenny in Tring and, from the regular photos and videos, I could tell she really enjoyed her time there.I have never wanted to leave Millie at a ‘cattery’ before, but the Longcroft Cat Hotel in Tring was definitely not like any cattery. The suite was spacious and exceptionally clean. There are windows to the front and back of each suite, so the cats have a great view of the birds and squirrels. Jenny clearly cares about all her guests and plays with each cat every day. They also enjoy some cuddle time with her! I was so pleased to know that the cats are visited from 7:30 am until 9 pm, which means they are never lonely or bored.

    We truly can't recommend Longcroft Tring enough.The suites are warm and immaculately presented. The furnishings, facilities and views are beautiful for the cats, and they have wonderful views and wildlife to watch from the comfort of their suite. Regular updates and photos were sent to us while we were away which was very welcome and extremely reassuring as we could see how happy and relaxed our girl was, which meant we could enjoy our holiday and not worry about her.Jenny ensures all her guests are pampered and given plenty of love & attention - so much so that our little girl was missing Auntie Jenny when we brought her home! The thoughtfulness continued right up until it was time to go home, and our girl was over the moon with her goody bag! Jenny is absolutely amazing, and our little girl will definitely be holidaying at Longcroft again!!Thank you so much Jenny!! 😻

    Jenny is PURRFECT! She spoilt our baby and made sure he had the best vacay of his life! She’s been an absolute delight, she was on point since I first made an enquiry and super flexible with her time as well to accommodate our schedule. She’s actually a gem of a person! I’m so glad we left our baby in such great hands. Her cattery is stunning and so well kept, the rooms are heated and have the best view to squirrel and bird feeders! We even got the best goodie bag at check out! I’d absolutely recommend her and won’t think twice or even look elsewhere!Also, do have to mention how beautiful her garden is as well!Thanks a ton Jenny for being loving and caring to Minz when we were away.

    Jenny is lovely and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave Darcy with her again. Darcy settled quickly and enjoyed a week of playtime and chicken treats, plus a goodie bag when returning home.     Amazing care from Jenny. Luci Lou is a very timid cat and in 5 days she was very relaxed when I picked her up. You could tell that Jenny had spent time and effort to get her trust. The pens were spacious and look lovely and clean. I loved the photo updates and postcard from Luci while I was away. She also had a lovely gift bag to go home with but is a huge relief to find somewhere that I know Luci will be looked after like the Princess she thinks she is!

    Our little Smudge has stayed with Jenny several times over the last 9 months or so, and he absolutely adores her! He is very shy and tends to be extremely scared of new people but it's evident Jenny has really taken the time to get to know and spend time with him which has been very re-assuring.     We left our 2 year old British shorthair Cece at Longcroft Tring for the first time & for 18 days. I was so anxious but Jenny was amazing & her genuine love for cats was so obvious & really helped me be at ease. I got regular updates & Cece seemed so happy & cared for. When I picked her up she got a goody bag & her fur looked so well groomed! I would totally recommend this place for an anxiety free holiday!
