Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel All Inclusive

We love it when a great plan comes together!

Here at Longcroft we recently had the pleasure of working with the London based design and print team at Moo HQ and digital agency Bread Digital, to launch our unique ‘All Inclusive’ package – the ultimate feline experience!

Every day is a five star day at Longcroft but we wanted to be able to offer just that little bit more…that extra little something each and every day; the extra tailored play sessions, the delicious freshly steamed salmon and poached chicken dishes for lunch, the gentle paw massage and relaxing groom before an afternoon snooze and the wide choice on offer from our mini bar from Dreamies on the bed pillow to warmed cat milk every evening at bedtime. The Longcroft All Inclusive package has arrived!

Cat Culture - Longcroft Luxury Cat HotelWe are delighted with the final package and more importantly our guests are too.

Our boy recently stayed with Abi at Longcroft Cat Hotel and this was his second stay here. To say this cat hotel is brilliant would be an understatement.’

‘Oh to be a cat staying there. Apollinariya’s bed was more luxurious than the one in the hotel on my holiday.’

‘Thanks to the A La Cat menu I think that our cat ate better than we do!’

‘My cats look upon a trip to Gill’s as a holiday themselves, they get 5 star treatment throughout. One of my cats particularly enjoys avocado and scrambled eggs, not a problem for Gill.’

You can see the final design on Moo’s website and contact your local Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel to book your fabulous feline an All Inclusive stay!

Read a snippet of the interview between Moo and Abi Purser, founder, below…

Abi Purser is founder and CEO of the The Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Group, the world’s first luxury boutique hotel for cats:

We take care of our owner’s precious cats when they are unable to – in an immaculate and homely hotel environment and always aim to offer our guests a better holiday than their owners.

How did you get your name out there and make people aware of your business?

The early days were challenging. I was very lucky to have an expert taking the form of Matt my husband who was always there to advise me on the most effective ways to market Longcroft online. Matt also designed our rather gorgeous new spa Flyers which MOO are kindly producing for our hotels!

How about your branding and design choices:

We wanted something from our brand that was unique, eye catching and something our customers could relate to whilst representing the five star services we offer. We also wanted to make it fun. We are a cat hotel and have cat welfare at the heart of all we do but we also offer a mini bar and spa services for our feline guests so it was important to portray our sense of humour too. We have invested in design every step of the way. From the materials we use in building the bespoke, wrought iron, individually crafted cat beds to an engaging website design and customer communications. Great design is critical in every decision we make.
