It’s International Women’s Day today, and we want to talk about the leaders at Longcroft who also happen to be women. Our incredible team are resilient, driven and highly successful. Their nurturing approach to daily life is an inspiration. Their positive attitudes and experience coupled with their can-do attitude makes us the exceptional team that we are today. 

We recognise the role we play to influence positive change for women’s equality and in shaping both our internal and external identity, defining future generations driven to fight for equality and shape a mindset that respects women’s rights, celebrates and recognises achievements and creates fair living standards and rights for all women. 

The Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Group is an innovative and multi award winning female led company owned and founded by Hertfordshire born Entrepreneur Abi Purser. Abi heads up the team herself together with business partner Lucy Barrow. Longcroft was a first to market concept and their team of 25 inspirational cat hotel owners up and down the UK.  The business takes a modern and revolutionary approach to cat boarding, with animal welfare at the core of every decision made.  The team of expertly trained cat loving hotel owners at Longcroft bring a vast array of experience and diversity to the Longcroft team.

The International Women’s Day theme for 2024 is #InspireInclusion. The goal of this theme is to inspire everyone to come together collectively to make the world more inclusive for women and a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment.
