Longcroft founder Abi Purser wins ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ Silver in National Grand Final of the SME Business Awards 2019. Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel founder Abi Purser is delighted to have taken home the Silver
Award for ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ at this year’s prestigious National SME Business Awards.
Back in June, Abi proudly won the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ category at the 2019 Hertfordshire SME Business Awards. She was then invited to attend the prestigious National Grand Final at Wembley Stadium on Friday 6th December 2019. Leading business figures from throughout the country gathered for the high-profile event in Wembley’s Bobby Moore Suite.
The SME (Small Medium Enterprise) Awards aim to raise the profile of industrious, hardworking and enterprising SME’s in the county. Abi and the Longcroft team rubbed shoulders with inspiring figures representing the very best of small and medium enterprises in the UK.

The expert judging panel at the awards, made up of representatives from successful UK business, felt Abi embodied the entrepreneurial spirit, recognising her vision, creativity, enthusiasm and tenacious approach. Her hard work is reflected in the incredible growth that the Longcroft Cat Hotel Group has seen since it was founded in 2010. There are now 21 Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotels in the country, with more planned for the New Year. This reflects the fast-growing demand for Longcroft’s level of service and expertise.
